Each color within this wide and balanced spectrum of 96 colors, has been selected and formulated to offer the greatest choice so that artists can use a unique palette that best suits their work. Prussian Blue is a deep blue color. It was made by German chemist Diesbach around 1704 making it the first synthetic blue pigment. It quickly gained favor as an alternative to genuine Ultramarine.
