FAQs
Q: How is white cheddar different from your regular Cheesy Cheese? White cheddar has a sharper, more tangy flavor profile compared to traditional cheddar. It's naturally white (no coloring added) and appeals to those who prefer a more sophisticated, intense cheese taste.
Q: Does it taste artificial or powdery? Not at all. We use real aged white cheddar cheese powder - the same quality you'd find in gourmet products. It melts and blends just like real cheese because it IS real cheese.
Q: Is this good for kids? Yes! Many kids love the white cheddar flavor - it tastes like their favorite white cheddar snacks but with protein benefits. If your kids enjoy white cheddar crackers or popcorn, they'll love this. Some kids even prefer it to regular cheddar!
Q: Why does this have slightly more protein than Cheesy Cheese? Our White Cheddar blend has 16g protein (vs 15g in Cheesy Cheese) due to slight variations in our cheese blend ratios. Both deliver powerful collagen benefits!
Q: Can I use this in mac and cheese? Absolutely! It makes an incredible grown-up mac and cheese. The sharp flavor really shines through the creaminess.
Q: Is the trans fat content a concern? The 0.5g trans fat is naturally occurring from the dairy, not artificial trans fats. This is common in real cheese products and is not the harmful industrial trans fat.
