(102 kg) weight-bearing capacity. ACTIVATOR2 helps strengthen the core with the unique ergonomic CoreGrip that engages core muscles as you walk, helping to burn up to 20% to 46% more calories than walking without poles. Plus, it also helps support the wrist in a neutral position to reduce strain. Each 3-section collapsible pole may be adjusted to your height, suitable for heights of 4'2 to 6'4 (127 to 193 cm). When collapsed, its length is 25 (64 cm) for travel, 20% shorter than 2 sectional poles. ACTIVATOR2 has a button locking system and flip lock to secure the internal twist system. Also included are a strapless ergonomic rubber grip with wide ledge; bell-shaped tips for stability; a carbide metal tip for trails, the beach, and snow; removable boot tips; trekking baskets; and a Velcro strap to secure the poles together for storage.
