To help you use the product effectively, please carefully read the following tips: 1. Before use, wipe both the suction cup and the installation surface. 2. Reset the mount by rotating the switch ring counterclockwise to its maximum before securing it. 3. iPhone 12-16 models can attach directly. For other phones, a metal ring is required. After applying the metal ring with 3M adhesive, press firmly to ensure it is securely attached to the phone or case(Pasting and waiting for 30 minutes will make it more secure). 4. Please do not place the metal ring directly on the magnetic surface of the mount, as it may make the metal ring difficult to remove. Make sure the metal ring is securely attached to the back of your phone or case before testing the magnetic suction with the mount. 5. If using a phone case, ensure it is less than 0.02 thick before attaching the metal ring. If the case is thicker than 0.02, apply the metal ring to the back of the case instead.
