Makes approx. 4 baths
Directions:
- Bring 2 quarts water to a boil in a pot on your stove top
- Turn off heat and place 1/2 oz by weight (1/4 of the bag) of herb mix into water
- Allow to steep for 20-30 minutes
- Strain out herbs and use as desired:
- Place into a peri-bottle and spray directly onto affected tissue
- Put into a small tub and add more warm water and then sit in water
- Add to a bath for full body soaking
