Application: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Review the instructions. Test the small area on each type of surface for suitability and desired results before application. Add one gallon of water to one Gallon of Saavysil sealer under light mixing until a uniform white liquid appears. If a job cannot be done on the same day, liquid can be reused after mild mixing. Saavysil sealer can be applied using a brush, roller, or low-pressure sprayer such as garden spray. Apply the first coat by ensuring the entire application area is evenly covered, and wait 10-15 minutes before applying a second coat. Two wet-on-wet coats needed for optimum results. On vertical surfaces, work from the bottom up, allowing 6-10 in run down. Application temperature: surface temperature is between 40oF and 95oF. Prevent it from washing away, do not apply if it is expected to rain in 24 hours. Fresh concrete needs to be cured 28 days before application. Coverage: Typical coverage range 175-250 Sq.ft per gallon. Coverage varies depending on surface porosity and texture. Surface preparation: Clean and remove dirt, oil, previous paints, coatings, and stains to allow Saavysil sealer to contact the surface and penetrate. Pressure washing with detergent-based cleaner or acid etching can be used to clean the surface. The surface must look dry with no damp patches. Cracks must be repaired before application.
