Positively Empowered Artisans is an association of ladies living with HIV/AIDS operating as a social enterprise. The groups put aside a percentage of their profits toward a comprehensive health care plan which ensures that members get the necessary health care at all times. The group was established in 2009 and are members of Lesotho Mountain Crafts, a united organization of crafters organized under Action Lesotho.
