Bring the character of traditional Indian metal cookware into your kitchen with the Shiv Shakti Arts Tamra Raj Pure Copper Kadai. The kadai is made with a pure copper body, a handhammered exterior and a traditional Tin/Kalailined interior. Its warm reddishcopper surface is paired with golden brass handles and a silvertoned cooking surface, creating a distinctive cookware piece suitable for both preparation and presentation. With a capacity of approximately 2.5 litres, this kadai is suited to everyday household portions. Its deep, rounded body can be used for cooking dal, mixed vegetables, paneer preparations, curries, kofta gravy, pulao, halwa, kheer and selected fried snacks. The wide 25 cm mouth offers space for stirring, turning and serving food comfortably. Unlike modern cookware with a synthetic nonstick layer, this vessel uses a traditional metal lining. The Tin/Kalai surface must therefore be handled with care. Use wooden, silicone or smoothedged utensils and avoid sharp metal tools that may scratch or damage the lining. The kadai can transition from stove to dining table, allowing curries, sabzi and festive dishes to be served in the same traditional vessel. Its hammered exterior and brass handles make it suitable for home kitchens, festive meals, gifting, traditional dining setups and restaurantstyle presentation. Copper and brass naturally develop colour changes, dark spots and patina with exposure to heat, air and moisture. These changes are normal properties of the metals and do not mean that the vessel is defective. Since the kadai is handcrafted, minor variations in hammer marks, polish, weight, dimensions and finish may occur. Package includes one copper kadai only. Lid, spoon, food and decorative accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included.
