This magnificent ring boasts a golden bronze band adorned with stunning blue apatite stones, features a picturesque dark floral scene that resembles a watercolor painting. Weighing 11.6 grams and measuring 1.1 inch in width and 1.4 inches in length, this rectangular-shaped ring is meticulously crafted and finished by hand.
Description: Apatite is a fascinating gemstone known for its array of colors, from vibrant blues and greens to rich violets and sometimes even yellows or clear forms. This mineral's name comes from the Greek word "apate," meaning "deceit," because it was often mistaken for other minerals such as tourmaline or peridot due to its diverse color range. Apatite is relatively soft, making it more challenging to use in certain types of jewelry, but its striking colors and affordability make it a popular choice for collectors and designers.
Fun Fact: Apatite is not just a gemstone; it plays a crucial role in the animal kingdom as well. It's a key component in tooth enamel and bone mineral, making it essential for vertebrate biology. In metaphysical beliefs, apatite is said to encourage clarity of mind, stimulate creativity, and help achieve personal goals by clearing confusion and frustration.
