Boxed set includes D Shackle, assembly instructions and all necessary wall fixings which are adequate for brick or block walls. This unit is constructed to handle up to 100Kg. Bracket comes out 43 cm from wall. RDX Heavy Bag Wall Mount ensures your heavy bag is held firmly in place as you land punches and kicks.
