Frequently Asked Questions

Is red or amber better?
It depends on placement and how much illumination you need. Both options are blue light-free. We prefer red during the two hours before sleep and for middle-of-the-night wake-ups. Amber gives us more visible illumination for finding our way.

In our home, we use amber Queen Bees in our dark stairwell and hallway. In our primary bathroom, we prefer the red plug-in nightlight for nighttime trips. Choose the glow that helps you see comfortably, using only as much light as you need.

Is it rechargeable, and how long does a charge last?
Yes. The included USB-C cord charges it in approximately one hour, with a listed working time of approximately eight hours. In motion-sensor mode, it lights up only when needed, so a charge can last much longer between uses. Actual battery life depends on how often it activates.

What if it isn’t charging or holding a charge?
Our first troubleshooting step for any rechargeable device is to try a different charging cord. If the issue continues, email support@dreamwalkerz.ai with a few details about what’s happening. We’re always happy to help.

How do I mount it?
Use the magnet on a compatible metal surface, or use the adhesive mounting sticker for a more permanent mounting point. The light detaches from its magnetic mount for charging or travel.

Choose adhesive placement carefully. Removing the sticker may damage paint, wallpaper, or delicate finishes.

Can it stay on?
Yes. Select the always-on setting with a click of the button. Queen Bee is not dimmable.
