Pokemon LeafGreen is an enhanced remake of the original 1996 Japanese title Pokémon Green (the counterpart to Pokémon Red). It brings the classic Kanto region adventure to life with updated Generation III graphics, refined mechanics, and several brand-new features that weren't in the original 8-bit games.

- Modern Mechanics: The game incorporates Generation III updates such as Pokémon Abilities, Natures, held items, and the 2v2 double battle system.
- Expanded Compatibility: Once specific post-game requirements are met, players can trade Pokémon with Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, as well as connect to Pokémon Colosseum on the GameCube.
