Application Instructions
Apply a layer of traditional Base Coat and cure under a UV lamp.
Place a drop of Rubber Base Coat White in the center of the nail.
Spread with circular motions toward the free edge using a liner brush to guide to sides and cuticles.
Turn the finger upside down for a few seconds to allow the product to settle into a perfect oval shape.
Cure under a 48W UV lamp for approximately 30 seconds.
