The single-serve accessory was designed for brewing 2-4 cups into the carafe or directly into a mug. Its compact size and shape changes the way the brewing water and grounds interact during the extraction, meaning the single-serve accessory will draw out different nuanced characteristics of your favorite coffee. There is a mug riser that you can put on the base of the coffee maker to minimize drips as you pour into a mug, or remove it to make space for tall travel mugs. Keep your coffee hot with the smart-timed warming plate - it will come on for two hours when brewing a half carafe, and four hours when brewing a full carafe. Convenient Cleaning Mode: Avoid scale about buildup - easily run the convenient cleaning mode to keep the machine in tip-top shape.
