The drying rods are made from BPA-free acrylic, so you dont have to worry about harmful chemicals coming into contact with your delicious homemade pasta. Pasta should always be fully dried before cooking or storing for future use, and this drying rack makes that process both simple and space-saving. It also includes a pasta wand stored in the center tube, allowing you to safely transport your pasta to a boiling pot or store it in bags. Once youre done, the wand conveniently stores back into the tube, ensuring hassle-free storage. For added convenience, you can also transport your dried pasta by lifting the black knob to remove the rack, then carefully take out each rod, one by one, from top to bottom.
