These are heavyduty loop bands with a non slip interior surface that will provide comfort and help keep the bands flat on your body as you use them. These are strong bands that will last a long time, and not break like the cheaper latex bands. They may feel very strong and hard to use at first, but they will loosen up a little bit with use over time. These bands are excellent for providing support while doing squats or weight lifting, and providing resistance while doing strength training exercises like clam shells and leg lifts. There are three sizes, a 3 inch y 13 inch, a 3 inch by 15 inch, and a 3 inch by 17 inch. The varying sizes can accommodate different body sizes, strengths, and different exercises.
