How it works (the bottle): Add water to about 1inch above the label on the spray bottle, attach the trigger sprayer, shake gently to mix, and clean. How it works (the refill): When the bottle's empty, pour 133 g (about 4.7 oz) of concentrate from the pouch into the empty bottle, top with water, shake. The pouch holds enough for seven full refills.
