This book was originally written for adults who wanted no spice and nothing graphic. But while it's not aimed at teens and young adults, I would say it is suitable for older teens. Below is a detailed content list so you can make an informed decision:

Spice: there is no spice beyond kissing. However the male character, Eric, was a male escort. That is mentioned and he is seen with a client, but they walk out of the room together without anything happening on the page. 

Cursing: There is no cursing

Violence: There is nothing graphically described, and only a small amount of 'action'

Gothic: Overall this book is more gothic than the rest of my stories. There is a happy ending, though.
