This new Occupancy / Vacancy Motion Sensor PIR Wall Switch from Maxxima has dual functions. Operating with a vacancy sensor, you can manually turn on the lights and they will turn off after a perdetermined period of time in the absence of motion. Working with an occupancy sensor ensures light will automatically turn on when you enter an area as well as turns off after a perdetermined period of time. This switch can be used in single pole or three way applications giving you flexibility in how you can use this switch. Neutral Wire Required
