Mantova Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with fresh garlic results in an aromatic oil that will brighten all kinds of dishes like pasta, pizza, roast chicken, risotto, bruschetta, and fresh cheeses.(Note: Olive oil freezes when the temperature is below 32 degrees. This may cause droplets of oil to freeze and float which may seem like impurities, but are actually parts of oil that have been frozen.)
