Over 90,000 customers. One daily ritual. The mineral your body's been missing.
Most of us are running low on magnesium — and it shows up as poor sleep, tight muscles, low energy, and body odor that no deodorant seems to fix. Magnesium Mist is a simple topical spray that replenishes this essential mineral through your skin, where it absorbs fastest.
Benefits
- Better Sleep — Spray on your feet or stomach before bed to support deep, restful sleep
- Muscle Recovery — Apply directly to sore muscles after a workout for faster recovery and relief
- Natural Deodorant — Magnesium neutralizes odor at the source; no aluminum, no synthetics
- Cycle Support — A grounding belly ritual for calm and comfort throughout your cycle
Why It Works
Magnesium is involved in over 325 biochemical reactions in the body — energy production, sleep support, muscle function, and everyday balance. Most people can't get enough through diet alone. Topical application bypasses digestion and delivers magnesium directly where your body needs it. Infused with Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Cedarwood, and Patchouli for a grounding, spa-like ritual.
How to Use
- Sleep — Spray on feet, wrists, or stomach 20–30 min before bed
- Recovery — Massage directly onto sore muscles after activity
- Deodorant — Spray on clean, dry underarms morning and evening (pair with our Underarm Detox Mask to transition from conventional deodorant)
- Cycle Ritual — Apply over lower abdomen and massage gently
