From the ManufacturerThe Maestro Countdown ecotimer Switch is a simple way to save both energy and money. This switch makes sure that your light or fan is never inadvertently left on. After the light or fan is turned on, a timer begins. After a preset time, the light or fan will be automatically turned off. The timer can be set to turn off between 1 to 30 minutes. LED lights indicate approximately how much time that is left by lowering every five minutes. There will be a final warning made by the LEDs when there is just 1 minute left before the lights or a fan will be turned off. You may also use the rocker switch to adjust the countdown to your desired time limit or add more time during the light or fans use.
