This Lovejoy solid type jaw coupling elastomer spider replaces solid center elastomers on Lovejoy jaw style flexible coupling assemblies and is made of thermoplastic polyester elastomer (Hytrel) for strength, flexibility and heat resistance. The solid center design keeps the shafts of the driver and driven equipment separate by a standard gap. It can operate in temperatures ranging from 60 to 250 degrees F (51 to 121 degrees C).
