It requires no special equipment—neither a specific kettle nor a scale. Made from durable Tritan material, the flat-bottom dripper comes with a unique dispersion screen featuring "windows" that allow for easy monitoring of the coffee bed during the brewing process.
In testing, the 155 Kalita filters proved to be a perfect fit, making setup hassle-free. The brewing method is simple: pour water through the dispersion screen, keeping an eye on the water level through the "windows." Once the water reaches the top, pause to let it draw down before repeating the process. This straightforward approach results in a smooth, consistent brew.
