Because of its low profile, this meat lug is the perfect size to fit underneath your BigBite Grinder to catch everything you're grinding. Its crucial that you grind your meat into a food-grade receptacle. Our economy meat bin is made out of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). This lug does more than just catch ground meat and game, its a great size and profile for meat trimmings, mixing sausage, mixing seasonings with meat for burgers, and for collecting fruits and vegetables during your harvest. Once youre done using the lug, cleaning up is easy because of the smooth interior, plus it is dishwasher safe. This white meat lug measures 21 by 15 by 5 (including handles). You can also cover the meat lug with a lid for added protection and stacking (sold separately).
