Oil pulling is a traditional Ayurvedic technique of "swishing" with an herbal-infused oil, similar to using traditional mouthwash.

Directions:
- Use 1/2 tbsp infused oil
- Swish for 3-5 minutes in your mouth, be sure to really squeeze it through all the areas of the teeth
- Dispose into a trash can or the sink with hot water running to help flush it down
