This product uses heat-sensitive plastic that softens in hot water and hardens as it cools, allowing for easy molding and adjustments. To create a custom fit, use a pea-sized amount of softened material for a lower tooth and press it into the space between neighboring teeth. Gently bite down to adjust the height. For added stability, spread the excess plastic along the gum line and neighboring teeth. Additional softened plastic can be applied as needed. For a smooth finish, briefly dip the molded area in hot water and smooth it with a moist finger. When creating an upper tooth, use slightly more material. Be cautious not to let the material enclose your teeth fully. If adjustments are needed, reheat the material and reshape as required. To prevent staining, avoid drinking beverages such as coffee or sodas and consuming foods with strong dyes while wearing the product.
