The GRYVOZE 1 Inch Digital Turbine Flow Meter is a high-precision 1 inch flow meter designed for accurate measurement of water, urea, fuel-compatible liquids, and other non-corrosive or mildly caustic fluids. Built with a durable aluminum alloy body and a hard PTFE (Teflon) oxide surface, it offers excellent resistance to weak acids and bases, ensuring stable performance in laboratory, agricultural, and irrigation environments. This versatile inline meter functions reliably as a water meter for irrigation systems and fluid transfer applications, while also meeting the durability requirements of a fuel pump meter used with compatible fuels and industrial liquids. Equipped with a PPS turbine, it delivers 1% accuracy across a flow range of 2.4-26.4 GPM. The NPT threaded design allows easy inline installation in dosing, pumping, and monitoring systems. With an IP68 waterproof rating and integrated EMI protection, the meter operates reliably even in harsh outdoor conditions or near motors. It supports single cumulative counting (0.0-9999.9) and total cumulative counting (0.0-999999), with selectable units including QTS, PTS, liters (L), and US gallons (GAL). Designed for demanding environments, the meter supports an operating temperature range of -30C to 70C (-22F to 158F) and a maximum pressure of 232 psi (1.6 MPa). Powered by two 1.5V LR03 AAA batteries, it provides up to one year of battery life. Suitable for non-corrosive liquids, weak acids, and weak bases such as urea (not for drinking water), the GRYVOZE flow meter delivers reliable performance where precise flow measurement is critical.
