Two-user memory stores 60 readings per user (120 total) so you and a partner can track blood pressure on the same device. If you prefer digital tracking, Bluetooth connectivity allows the monitor to sync with the Balance Health app to automatically save readings, view long-term trends, and share reports with your doctor when needed. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm using the built-in artery alignment guide, positioning it 2-3 cm above your elbow so it sits evenly. Adjust as needed for a snug fit, leaving space for one finger between the cuff and your arm. Rest your arm on a flat surface with the middle of the cuff level with your heart. For the most reliable results, keep your back supported, stay relaxed, and avoid talking during measurement.
