The entry-level goalkeeper stick built for bigger saves.
The Mercian Genesis CF15 GK Znake is a 15% carbon composite goalkeeper stick designed for developing goalkeepers who want a purpose-built GK stick without the elite price tag. The signature Znake kinked shaft increases the vertical saving area compared to a standard straight-shaft stick — giving you more coverage across the goal face with every save attempt.
A higher balance point removes weight from the head, creating a lighter-feeling stick for faster movement, quicker high saves, and more natural reverse-stick sweeps. Balanced and responsive, it’s the ideal first step into specialist goalkeeping equipment for junior and intermediate players.
Key Features
Znake Kinked Shaft — Mercian's original GK shaft design increases vertical saving area for better goal coverage
Higher Balance Point — Weight shifted away from the head for a lighter feel, faster stick movement, and quicker high saves
Kinked Shape for Reverse Saves — Naturally aids reverse-stick saves and sweeps
15% Carbon Composite — Lightweight construction with enough stiffness for confident clearances
