"Functioning is not the same thing as healing."
That's not a motivational quote. That's a line from SEEN. — written for the person who has been showing up, getting things done, and holding it together while something underneath is still broken.
Most people around you see someone who is managing. What they don't see is the therapy days. The slow mornings. The quiet acknowledgment that progress and healing are not the same thing — and that you've been confusing the two for a long time.
This tee names what most people won't say out loud. Wear it as a reminder that functioning is a starting point, not a finish line. And that the work happening underneath you is real, even when no one can see it.
Part of the SEEN: UNMASKED collection — and a wearable piece of the message at the heart of the SEEN. book.
