Guardianite 3 Drawer File Locking Bar - Beige. This locking bar is an excellent way to secure your files in accordance with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and PCI. It doesn't matter if you are a big company, a small company, or just need to secure your files at home from prying eyes, this bar will do the job. This beige Guardianite 3-drawer locking bar is 22.5 inches long. Measure the height of your filing cabinet to confirm the size you need. You will center the bar so that it covers a portion of the top and bottom drawer. Using the file bar is simple. The hinge is spring loaded, so once you unlock it, the bar will swing open and out of the way, so you can easily access your files. It wont interfere when you open and close the drawers throughout the day. It also does not obstruct the function of any adjoining file cabinets. To secure the file cabinet, you simply close the cover on the file locking bar, lower the handle, and insert the padlock at the top. It is easy to install on any standard filing cabinet. The bar mounts to the 1/2 inch frame on the left or right side of the drawers. Padlock is not included, but the padlock you use should be a minimum of 30mm.
