How it is made
No elastic band in the top. The hold comes from the knitted rib, which opens to ten inches laid flat — twenty inches around the leg — and recovers its shape after wear.
The toe is linked flat rather than seamed, so nothing sits across the top of the foot. A cushioned sole runs the length of the footbed.
