The ENERLITES 1350 weatherproof outlet box is a singlegang electrical box that features three 1/2inch diameter knockouts. This 1gang outlet box is designed specifically for installing switches and receptacles in moistureprone or outdoor locations. The electrical box features a diecast metal construction that seals out moisture, dust, debris, and insects to keep receptacles protected yearround and throughout any weather conditions. The graycolored junction box is also powder coated for maximum scratch and corrosion resistance. This 1gang weatherproof box is compatible with standard toggle switches, duplex receptacles, decorator switches/receptacles, and GFCI receptacles. The junction box is compatible with 1gang weatherproof covers, such as ENERLITES models IUC1VD, 8831WPV, 8831WPH, 8821WPV, 8821WPH, or 7701WP (wall plates sold separately). The outdoor outlet box comes with a preinstalled grounding screw, closure plugs, mounting lugs, and installation screws to make installation as fast and easy and possible. This product is UL & CUL listed and complies with NEC 2017 406.9 for a weatherproof enclosure in damp locations..
