The Design House 779108 Ball 2Way Latch Privacy Door Knob is perfect for bathroom and bedroom doors that require locking. With privacy in mind, this door knob locks from the inside with a turnbutton and does not include keyed cylinders. A ball knob shape and matte black finish make this door knob versatile in style and design. The 2way latch door knob is reversible for left or righthand doors. This locking door knob fits the two most common backsets in the U.S. (23/4 inches and 23/8 inches). The durable 1/2inch latch bolt is plated in nickel and does not budge once in place. Use this doorknob on standard 13/8inch and 13/4inch thick doors. This product has a 1inch by 21/4 inches radius corner faceplate. If you are preparing your door for installation, the cross bore should be 21/8 inches in diameter, and the edge bore should be 1inch in diameter.
