Dandelion root is a time honored herb that’s safe for all ages and especially helpful for sluggish digestion and bloating. As a bitter digestive stimulant, it supports the liver by increasing bile production and improving the flow of bile into the intestines, which helps the body better break down food and eliminate waste.
Dandelion root is also considered an alterative, traditionally used to improve digestion, support liver function, and promote healthy blood quality. It’s well suited for patterns linked to poor liver clearance, which may show up as chronic inflammation, constipation, fluid retention, or skin irritation.
