The Pile Height of FOREVER Bunk Carpet is comparable to our leading PREMIUM marine grade bunk carpet the difference being the FOREVER roll has a thicker backing; while our PREMIUM rolls have a slightly thinner backing and thicker carpet fibers (more cushion). Our proprietary FOREVER boat bunker carpet is engineered to withstand the harsh elements, rough boat launches and retrievals. It is highly recommended FOREVER boat runner carpet be both adhered and stapled to the bunker boards to ensure proper installation. Our FOREVER line of marine bunk carpet is so rigid that wrapping the carpet around a bunk board takes a little extra muscle and carpet adhesive is required to ensure the carpet remains initially adhered. 'Cuda Powersports offers a Bunk Carpet Install Kit specifically for installing our 23oz PREMIUM and 36oz FOREVER marine grade carpet. This kit comes with a Quart of Roberts 6700 carpet adhesive, 336 Galvanized Staples, and a special notched trowel as an adhesive applicator.
