How To Use:
Apply the Metallic Liquid Glitter Shadows to eyelid or under the eyes for extra shine. The best results are seen when applied on top of a primer or another neutral powder eyeshadow. Use product applicator, a flat brush, or a finger to apply liquid shadow to lid. Use a dabbing/tapping motion with a brush or finger after application for the most concentrated look. Avoid getting directly in eye.
