The gel insoles for men work boots feature a convenient 3/4 length that allows your toes to move freely within your favorite footwear. One size insole fits most men's shoe sizes 8-12. HOW TO USE: Each insole is marked left and right in the arch area on the bottom. Position the gel insole with the fabric side up. Place the heel against the back of your shoe. Please note that the insole is designed to cover 3/4 of the length of your shoe so that your toes may move freely. It is not a full-length insole.
