The 2inch (5cm) blue TWIST Shorties tips are made of solid surgical stainless steel and have a tightening hole allowing the use of two tightening keys for a secure connection. The 3inch (5cm) tips are hollow with no tightening hole. Use one 2inch tip and one 3inch tip to make a differential circular. Included with the set are 10 pair of tips, 3 XFlex [S] cables, 2 cable connectors, 2 end stoppers, 6 stitch markers, 4 tightening keys, a needle gauge, a tip sleeve with labeled pockets and snap enclosure and, a compact, blue nylon pouch that holds everything. This set allows you to make 9inch (23cm) and longer circulars. Caution: TWIST cables are made of a multistrand steel cable with nylon coating. They WILL kink when compromised. Use carefully and store in a safe place when not in use. It is not recommended to use the 5inch (13cm) cable with two 3inch (8cm) tips.
