Mount the handle to the template based on the setback and spacing you want, and then use the handle to secure the template while you drill. You can also insert a shelf pin in the top or bottom position to help hold the jig in place. With just one Shelving Jig, you can drill holes either 11\/2 inches or 21\/2 inches from the edge. Simply mount the handle on the appropriate side to achieve the setback you want. The shelfpin holes are spaced 11\/4 inches apart.
