Your skin is a reflection of your daily life not just your skincare.
The Behrhaus Skin Journal is a guided daily practice designed to help you understand how lifestyle, nutrition, environment, and stress shape your skin over time. Through thoughtful prompts, this journal invites you to slow down, tune in, and observe the patterns that influence your skin’s health and glow.
More than a journal, it’s a tool for awareness.
How It Works
Each day, you’ll track:
Skin observations (texture, sensitivity, breakouts, glow)
Meals & nutrition to notice links between food, inflammation, and clarity
Hydration to support elasticity and barrier health
Sleep quality to understand repair, dullness, and recovery
Minerals like magnesium and zinc that support skin function and stress response
Movement & stress levels
Location & environment to see how climate, travel, and seasonal shifts affect your skin
Over time, these insights help patterns emerge — replacing guesswork with understanding.
Why Skin Journaling
Skin is living and responsive. It reacts to what you apply, what you eat, how you sleep, and how regulated your nervous system feels. When you begin tracking these connections, skincare becomes intuitive, personalized, and deeply supportive.
The Behrhaus Skin Journal helps you:
Identify triggers and imbalances
Understand how daily choices show up on your skin
Build rituals that support long-term skin health
Reconnect with your body through mindful observation
Skin Health Is More Than Skincare
True skin health is holistic. It’s influenced by ingredients, nutrition, minerals, hydration, sleep, movement, and stress. The Behrhaus Skin Journal brings clarity to the full picture — so you can care for your skin with intention, awareness, and compassion.
A daily ritual for skin that’s understood, not managed.
