FAQs 1.Failure to connect the Wi-Fi network a.Ensure Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz,not supported 5GHz. b.Check the Wi-Fi name and password are correct c.Close to the router for a strong signal. 2.The application does not work properly a.Close all apps running in the background and reopen the Smart Life app. b.Uninstall and reinstall the Smart Life app, then repear the above steps. 3.The smart lights can not connect to the application a.Make sure the lights are powered on. b.Press the on/off button for more than 3 second until the flashing reset lighting appears, then recond.
