Apply to Cone 04 bisque, then fire to Cone 5-6. Frosted Turquoise benefits from a heavy application to achieve its color breaking effect; its susceptible to variation due to iron fuming from nearby pots in firing. 16 oz. (473 mL) jar. Fired in oxidation, they are designed for artists desiring Cone 10 reduction effects without using a reduction gas kiln or firing at high temperatures. Suitable for all AMACO stoneware and porcelain clays. Great for layering with other AMACO Potters Choice Glazes, AMACO Celadon C Glazes, and AMACO Shino SH Glazes.
