The HC2802HLPR3 Tranquil Ease Heat and Massage hand control for Pride Mobility lift chairs is made by Raffel Systems, a respected name in electronic controls for the health & wellness industry. This hand control raises the chair to and lowers the chair from the standing and recline positions, and controls the heat and massage settings. The interactive LEDs light up to indicate which massage or heat settings have been selected. Raffels HC2802HLPR3 hand control is the new version of their older 2802FR3 Tranquil Ease Heat and Massage Hand Control. The primary difference between the old and new models is the new display uses easily understood symbols instead of lettering on the control buttons. Any users language is no longer an issue.
