This access panel features a convenient Push-to-Open Mechanism for easy operation. The panel measures 13.18 x 13.18 inches overall, with a mounting size of 12 x 12 inches. Position the panel on the wall where you intend to install it, and trace the frame along the flange using a pencil. Use a bubble level to make sure the door is aligned with the floor or wall. Cut the drywall along the pencil line. Apply sealant to the back of the access panel frame. Insert the panel into the opening and press it firmly into place
