The 3/4x12 SUPER STROP will give you a shaving sharp edge! Sharpening on the Ken Onion Edition Work Sharp is fast and easy with amazing results. A leather strop, when used properly with our Made in USA Buffing Compound can leave an incredible mirror polish finish on your knifes edge. You can also do it in a fraction of the time compared to hand stropping. When stropping a knife with a Super Strop, remember to use light pressure and allow the belt to do the work. Move the knife at the same speed you would if you were sharpening with an abrasive belt. The 3/4X12 in. Super Strop works fast! Make just 2 passes, at a slightly lower angle, on both sides of the knife and check for the burr and test your sharpness. Depending on what grit progression you used, more stropping may be necessary.
